Simav Anatolian Health Vocational High School Strengthening and Renovation Works

We provided consultancy services as part of the strengthening and renovation works for Kütahya Simav Anatolian Health Vocational High School.

We prepared the architectural, electrical, and mechanical installation projects for the existing school building. In addition to the strengthening works, we completed the necessary project and technical preparations for the renovation and renewal works to be carried out.

Within this scope, we prepared the quantity take-offs and cost estimation studies for the planned works, developed technical specifications defining the requirements for implementation, and prepared the tender dossier for use in the tender process, which was subsequently submitted to the employer.

As Muhkem İnşaat, we carry out project design and consultancy services required for the strengthening and renovation of existing buildings in a comprehensive manner, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, technical specifications, and tender dossier preparation.
