From the assessment of the existing building within the scope of urban transformation to the permitting process for the new building, we successfully completed all project-related works under the assurance of Muhkem İnşaat.

As part of the project, a Risky Structure Assessment Report was prepared for the existing building. All necessary projects required for obtaining the building permit were then prepared, including the structural design, which was completed by our team.
